Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of healthcare experience preferred. A Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution (CPSPD) certification is also highly desired, although not required.

We are looking for someone who possesses a working knowledge of general infection control practices, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities will include sterilizing and decontaminating medical equipment according to established protocols, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary range of $18.35 - $27.23 per hour.
