Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze HR benefits library and employee engagement plans to suggest changes and updates.
- Assist in the creation and roll-out of new programs and policies.
- Develop standardized processes and training materials associated with new processes.
- Contribute to the review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions.
- Support the roll-out and implementation of new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.
- Passion for taking on new challenges and striving for continuous improvement.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and share ideas.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- Company-paid housing for the duration of the internship.
- Reimbursement for travel costs associated with relocating to Belden from the university at the start of the internship, and from Belden to the university at the end of the internship.
- A competitive compensation range of $23-36/hour, with additional incentives based on the level of the role.
