This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced business environment. As a member of our team, you will work on important business projects, collaborate with experienced managers, and deliver real results for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze HR benefits library and employee engagement plans to suggest changes and updates.
  • Assist in the creation and roll-out of new programs and policies.
  • Develop standardized processes and training materials associated with new processes.
  • Contribute to the review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions.
  • Support the roll-out and implementation of new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.
  • Passion for taking on new challenges and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and share ideas.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • Company-paid housing for the duration of the internship.
  • Reimbursement for travel costs associated with relocating to Belden from the university at the start of the internship, and from Belden to the university at the end of the internship.
  • A competitive compensation range of $23-36/hour, with additional incentives based on the level of the role.
