Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Services Representative to join our team at The Michaels Organization. This is a part-time, temporary opportunity with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform custodial and grounds work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc., in common areas within the building.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and perform other duties as requested by the Community Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while assessing and servicing the property.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by The Michaels Organization
  • Proven knowledge and application of codes, laws, and regulations
  • Must be able to pass background investigation and drug test screening
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week to include evenings, weekends, and holidays if required for emergency, on-call, or scheduled shifts.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all conditions, often for extended periods.
