Strategic Director of Revenue Planning

We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director of Revenue Planning to oversee our retail operations and drive growth. In this role, you will set and manage budgets at both the dispensary and state levels while developing and implementing innovative retail strategies related to promotions, pricing, and product assortment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with senior leadership teams to drive business growth and optimize retail operations.
- Develop and implement innovative retail strategies to drive revenue, margin, and customer engagement.
- Lead and develop a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers to achieve retail business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, compliance, operations, and third-party MSO teams to ensure success in both new store and new market launches.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in retail planning, including inventory management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong expertise in Excel and Tableau, with a solid understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative retail strategies, driving revenue, margin, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
