Director of Revenue Management

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Management to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive revenue optimization strategies to maximize revenue across all revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize revenue across all revenue streams.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting to identify revenue opportunities and inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue per available room (RevPAR), average daily rate (ADR), and occupancy, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party distribution partners to optimize distribution agreements and maximize revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Proven experience in revenue management or pricing strategy within the hospitality industry, preferably with RV Parks or campgrounds.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
