Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on designated projects, ensuring adherence to established processes, submission of necessary documentation, and effective training of team members.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling both internal and external audits and evaluations with project and local teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address corrective actions and findings in a timely manner.
  • Support gap analysis, audits, and evaluations as required, and aid the Quality Management Organization (QMO) in maintaining up-to-date metric repositories for each assigned project.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • In the absence of a degree, four (4) additional years of experience are necessary.
  • If holding an Associate's degree instead of a Bachelor's, two (2) extra years of experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position necessitates an active secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication and exchange of information with colleagues and senior personnel.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office equipment.
  • Regular interaction with co-workers, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations and exchanging accurate information.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.

The projected compensation range for this role is $80,900-$134,800, influenced by various factors including contract wage determination, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications. Additionally, ManTech is committed to investing in its employees beyond just salary.
