Job Description

Trion Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth administration of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile client files, including cost sheets, plan choices, and benefit enrollment materials.
  • Set up benefits in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage client and employee files in the HRIS system.
  • Provide benefit checklists to COBRA administrators and update carriers with enrollment data.
  • Run new hire and termination reports, as well as other eligibility reports as needed.
  • Perform benefits audits and reconcile carrier invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits or a related field.
  • Experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) preferred.
  • Highly ethical with the ability to understand and review state and federal law, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • BS/BA degree in business or a related field preferred.
