Job Summary

The Nursing Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hospital's operations during administration's absence. Key responsibilities include managing performance, scheduling, education, and coaching, as well as providing high-quality nursing care to meet patient needs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years old and hold a degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Active licensure by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days of hire
Prior Experience and Education
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, especially with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
  • Strong background in patient assessment, family engagement, treatment planning, and external review organization collaboration
