About the Role:

The Substance Use Disorder Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services. The supervisor will ensure adherence to best practices and high standards of care in providing treatment to clients with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Guidance:

  • Provide regular individual supervision sessions to team members.

Documentation Review:

  • Evaluate client treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation for compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.

Training and Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest developments, research, and best practices related to ASAM criteria through learning opportunities.

Program Support:

  • Collaborate with the program director and key staff to develop and implement program policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Active SUDP license (required).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human services or a related field.
  • Meet WAC 246-811-049 requirements for a clinical supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of documentation requirements and substance use disorder regulations.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health field.

Compensation and Benefits:

$67k-$73k annual salary, plus a $5k bonus. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, PTO package, sick time, and more. Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week remote work option.
