Job Summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and tracking information within the designated service area, assisting the assigned Supervisor in inputting data, generating accurate and timely program reports, and tracking comprehensive services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and tracking of information within the designated service area.
  • Input data and generate accurate and timely program reports.
  • Support the designated manager in the overall implementation of program services.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Three years of office/clerical experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Some college courses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated competency and working knowledge of computer office applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel, or similar applications.
  • Database and/or graphics/page layout and design experience desired.
