Key Responsibilities- Monitor and confirm all employee hours, including overtime and absences on a daily basis.
- Adjust staff schedules as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Oversee the labor management process within the facility.
- Evaluate and track time-off requests from staff.
- Facilitate scheduling modifications in collaboration with management.
- Act as a communication bridge between staff and management.
- Address emergency situations and staffing shortages to ensure adequate coverage.
- Daily reconciliation of nursing timecards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in long-term care settings.
- Prior experience in scheduling roles.
