Phlebotomist III

A+ Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist III to join our team. As a Phlebotomist III, you will be responsible for collecting and processing medical specimens for laboratory testing.

• Collect blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, including doctor's offices, patient service centers, and long-term care facilities.
• Prepare and process medical specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient laboratory operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and procedures.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Phlebotomist or in a related healthcare role.
• Ability to work in a variety of settings, including doctor's offices, patient service centers, and long-term care facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
