Core Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily oversight of shuttle operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, adherence to company policies, and the cultivation of positive client relationships while maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing client and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the management of daily operations at assigned locations.
  • Contribute to management tasks as required.
  • Provide courteous assistance to customers.
  • Assist in the upkeep and repair of equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known incidents, observed or suspected policy violations, safety risks, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist in the cleanup of debris, spills, and other hazards. Serve as a substitute for any position when necessary.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of shuttle operations, including transportation routes, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the vicinity.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervisory experience in DOT-regulated shuttle operations is preferred.

License Requirement: In accordance with DOT Regulations, a valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License is required, depending on the hiring needs of the location, with a Passenger Endorsement if responsible for operating shuttle buses with a capacity of 15 passengers or more.

DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is mandatory.

Availability to Work: Specific shift requirements may vary based on the hiring needs of the location. Availability for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be necessary.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and communicate verbally.

The employee may occasionally be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range: $27.00 per hour
