Decatur, Illinois, United States AutoUpLinkUSA Southeast Full time

We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on challenges, values exceptional customer service, and possesses quick problem-solving skills. Our company collaborates with automotive dealerships to enhance their online vehicle listings. This role primarily involves capturing high-quality images (and occasionally videos) of vehicles, gathering and documenting essential vehicle details for online advertisements, and affixing informational decals to the cars. The collected data is then uploaded for distribution across various online platforms utilized by our clients.

Employee Compensation and Benefits:

  • Guaranteed daily compensation of $100. Employees earn the full daily rate even if they do not complete a full day of work, which is common.
  • Commission potential. Employees can increase their earnings by achieving vehicle and/or revenue goals. Put in the effort. Work efficiently. Earn more.
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel. Employees receive compensation for a portion of their driving expenses.
  • Access to medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • 401K-like retirement savings plan with matching contributions.
  • Additional insurance options such as life, accident, and critical illness coverage available.
  • Paid time off along with holidays.
  • Annual review of salary and compensation.
Employee Responsibilities:
  • This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 AM and continuing until the daily route is completed.
  • The service area typically includes regions to the east, northeast, and southeast of Atlanta, with dealerships located in various metro Atlanta communities.
  • Collaborate with our automotive dealership partners to identify vehicles requiring photography for advertising.
  • Gather and document vehicle information necessary for online listings (such as color, features, mileage, etc.).
  • Capture photographs and/or videos of the vehicles.
  • Print and apply window stickers to the vehicles.
  • Most importantly, ensure an outstanding level of customer service while working with our dealership contacts.
Additional Notes/Requirements:
  • All necessary equipment will be provided by the company for servicing assigned dealerships.
  • Employees must have reliable transportation.
  • Training will be provided on effectively servicing a dealership, with a focus on maximizing the number of vehicles serviced daily. Achieving commission is beneficial for both the employee and the company.
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership is advantageous, particularly in inventory management roles.
  • Photography skills are preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided to help employees take exceptional photographs.
  • Self-motivation and initiative are essential, as employees will primarily work independently at their assigned dealerships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
Why Choose Us?
  • A family-owned business with over 20 years of experience.
  • Dedicated to growth, providing employees with opportunities for increased compensation and advancement.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Most importantly, we are a company that genuinely cares about its employees.
