Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at ATCC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and leading our new training function, building and managing a team of specialists, and designing and implementing impactful training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Management: Oversee the organization, evaluation, and development of internal training for new and existing employees, making decisions on materials and delivery methods.
  • Performance and Effectiveness Assessment: Identify opportunities for improvement initiatives, develop methods for measuring program effectiveness, and assess feedback on training and development needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Administrative Oversight: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support initiatives that drive performance and growth, and work with Senior Management to assess training needs and monitor program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years' experience, including 2 or more years' supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in various training delivery methods, such as instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Docebo, and other training software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of developing and mentoring team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
