We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Insight Global. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients of a healthcare company, handling inbound calls, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Perform data entry tasks, including uploading documentation to sites and working through an intake queue.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed, to provide further information or to complete patient documents.
- Work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of calls.
- Provide strong customer service, supporting patients through uneasy times.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an inbound customer service role, with recent call center experience.
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Experience working with 3 computer screens (2 monitors and 1 laptop).
- Proven record of good attendance and customer service skills.
Compensation:
$18/hour, with benefit packages starting on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
