Position: Community Manager

Your Responsibilities

As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial leadership role, engaging with both staff and residents. Your responsibilities will include essential operational tasks such as managing rent and loan collections, overseeing supplies and marketing efforts, developing team members, and safeguarding company assets. Additionally, you will serve as the primary advocate for residents, addressing and resolving any concerns that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inventory management, marketing strategies, and advertising initiatives.
  • Facilitate the sale of new, used, and foreclosed homes.
  • Ensure timely collection of rent and loan payments to meet company standards.
  • Maximize community occupancy and revenue from leased homes.
  • Address and resolve resident complaints professionally.
  • Provide effective leadership and management to all team members.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
  • Foster a positive community atmosphere, including organizing resident activities.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Protect and manage company assets responsibly.
  • Control operational expenses.
  • Exhibit professional behavior that respects the work of others and the quality of life for residents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Responsibilities may evolve as deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven capability to inspire and manage team performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
