Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service to clients, including sales and account management
- Manage a team of support staff, including daily guidance and oversight
- Develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and retention
- Evaluate the effectiveness of work output and workflows of the team
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry, including knowledge of new products and services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and time management
- High integrity and work ethics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- College degree preferred (high school diploma required)
- Current California Department of Insurance License
- 15 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with agency management systems, such as Applied EPIC
- Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods
- Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment
