We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Vice President to join our Personal Lines team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and managing a team of support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service to clients, including sales and cross-selling of new lines of coverage
- Manage a team of support staff, providing daily guidance and oversight
- Develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and retention of book value
- Evaluate the effectiveness of work output and workflows of the team
- Ensure company policies and Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) are followed
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on sales and retention
- Sound problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- High integrity and work ethics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Competitive base salary range of $77,700 to $165,700
