Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Operations Manager to join our team at YogaSix. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that we meet our sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive personal sales and train wellness advisors in sales.
  • Manage and drive all revenue streams: membership, retail, and teacher training.
  • Direct, discipline, and coach members of the team.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and goal-setting to owners following the formats recommended by YogaSix.
  • Ensure YogaSix is compliant with Human Resources (HR) and Payroll law requirements.
  • Process HR paperwork promptly.
  • Provide owners with processed team payroll hours timely for payroll processing.
  • Flag HR issues and communicate to owners promptly.
  • Manage time efficiency and effectively to meet essential duties and responsibilities across the board.
  • Requires to be physically present at the studio at least 80% of the time.
  • Communicate effectively and keep lines of communication open with owners, studio team members, customers, and providers.
  • Solve disagreements and conflict.
  • Maintain an open-door policy with all levels (owners, teachers, wellness advisors, YogaSix franchise personnel, customers).
  • Identify deficiencies, make recommendations for improvement, and implement changes successfully.
  • Carry herself/himself with professionalism, be punctual, reliable, and neat.
  • Work independently and as a team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Proven experience in supervising people successfully.
  • Ability to successfully lead the studio team to fulfill performance benchmarks.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating and following up on leads.
  • Confident in generating personal sales, and training wellness advisors on sales.
  • Proficient in data management, computers, and studio software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to be physically present at the studio at least 80% of the time.
