Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Greensboro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the commercial HVAC market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors, specifying engineers, and other industry professionals
- Provide commercial expertise and support to residential HVAC sales teams on large projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and follow-up
- Schedule and conduct training sessions with suppliers and customers
- Manage and complete take-offs, bid proposals, and follow-up on commercial projects
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A technical background in the commercial HVAC industry, either through education or experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and implement weekly schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
