Are you a skilled sales leader looking to advance your career? KR Solar is on the hunt for a passionate Solar Sales Manager to oversee our dynamic team of solar sales consultants. In this key role, you will lead sales efforts, build customer relationships, and play an integral part in expanding our market share, helping to establish KR Solar, powered by Lotus, as a premier name in renewable energy.

The Role:

You will motivate and direct your team to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will create impactful sales strategies, identify new business prospects, and manage the complete sales process from initial lead generation to closing contracts. Your leadership will instill a customer-first approach that prioritizes service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).  
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a solar sales management position.  
  • Solid understanding of solar energy technologies and systems.  
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  
  • Customer-oriented with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.  
  • Ability to analyze market data to inform effective sales strategies.  
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.  

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and inspire a team of solar sales consultants to achieve and surpass sales goals.  
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to foster business growth. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong relationships with clients.  
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing.  
  • Provide ongoing training and support to your sales team to enhance their effectiveness.  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns.  
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor developments to maintain our competitive edge.  
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
