We are seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA/Caregiver to join our team at Barnes Place. As a CNA/Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing hands-on care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident conditions, such as skin issues or behavior changes.
  • Respond promptly to security system alerts and resident call bells.
  • Assist with continence management and maintain the cleanliness of resident suites and community restrooms.
  • Serve and collect food trays, reporting meal refusals or loss of appetite.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Engage residents in life skills and activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Greets and assists all internal and external customers, guests, family members, vendors, and team members.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
