Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a CNA/Caregiver, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on care, physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.
  • Observing, reporting, and documenting symptoms and conditions of residents for changes in condition.
  • Notifying supervisor and/or Health Care Coordinator if a resident has increased care needs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas, practicing good standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
  • Helping residents maintain independence, promotes dignity and physical safety of each resident.

To qualify for this role, you must:

  • Have a Certified Nurse's Aid certification (CNA) or be willing to obtain it.
  • Hold a High School diploma/GED.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
