We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Private Banking Advisor II to join our team at Truist. As a key member of our Private Wealth Banking group, you will be responsible for deepening client relationships and delivering exceptional banking and credit solutions to our high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Private Client Group Financial Advisors (FAs) and Complex Directors to deliver Truist Wealth banking solutions to clients with over $1MM in investments.
- Business Development: Identify and fulfill banking and credit solutions for clients, working closely with FAs to provide recommendations and implement strategies to meet client needs and financial goals.
- Partnership Building: Build and maintain successful partnerships with internal IRM partners, including FAs, Insurance Specialists, Wealth Lending Officers, and Small Business Specialists, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs for FAs on the value and referral process, and create ongoing feedback loops to ensure a high-quality, compliant book of business.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of outstanding ability to motivate and influence others to accomplish objectives.
- Consultative Communication: Proven track record of consultative communication and relationship building skills leading to client service, fulfillment, and delight in previous roles.
- Leadership Ability: Highly motivated and self-starter, dedicated, enthusiastic, driven, and performance-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a keen ability to convey a sense of urgency to achieve business goals and exceed expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity and promptly adapt to changing environments.
- Business Acumen: Stay abreast of changing economic, legal, financial planning, and investment trends and general market and business issues impacting high net worth clients.
- Education and Experience: 4-year degree, 10-15 years of demonstrated leadership ability, 8-10 years of direct sales experience in Financial Services, or 10-15 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Licensing: FINRA licensing: 7, 63, and insurance life and health.
- Advanced Education: CFP, CFA, or Masters Degree.
