Wealth Management Advisor

The Wealth Consultant is responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring high net worth clients and prospects in holistic wealth management planning. This role serves as a primary relationship manager for high net worth clients and families, coordinating advice and activities with other members of the Wealth team. The ideal candidate will determine and develop revenue-producing opportunities in multiple product lines to achieve growth and profitability goals through a diversified financial planning approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and attract new clients to the Bank's wealth offerings through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and partnerships with Bank associates.
Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with centers of influence to enhance acquisition efforts. Responsible for external networking and market development.
Serve as a primary point of contact and advocate for high net worth prospects and clients, maintaining current knowledge and awareness of client circumstances, conditions, and overall relationship with the Bank to develop appropriate wealth plans.
Represent the full services offering to clients, including investments, banking, financial planning, insurance, and trust services. Develop and execute a high-touch, client-centric experience to maintain and expand existing client relationships.
Provide prospects and clients with expert wealth management advice, developing strategic, comprehensive, and long-range plans to achieve the financial needs and goals of high net worth clients.
Engage other associates within the department to provide ongoing advice, products, and services as the needs of clients evolve.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Acquiring clients, Asset Gathering, and providing comprehensive Banking and Financial Planning advice OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Acquiring clients, Asset Gathering, and providing comprehensive Banking and Financial Planning advice
Preferred Qualifications:
Client Acquisition, Asset Gathering, comprehensive Financial Planning, Banking, Investment Management, Insurance Planning, Trust & Estate Planning
License or Certification Type:
Series 7, 65 or 66 licenses, and State Life & LTC Insurance License Required, Advanced Advisor/ Planning Designation Preferred
