Wealth Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wealth Management Specialist to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a Private Client Advisor, you will be responsible for developing relationships with high net worth individuals and families to provide credit, depository, and wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Acquire clients for Wealth Management through various sales and marketing techniques, providing customized banking solutions based on client needs.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Sales Responsibility: Sell appropriate credit, depository, and wealth management solutions through consultation and teamwork, providing guidance to less experienced associates.
- Relationship Development: Establish relationships with high net worth clients to monitor financial situations and identify client needs, resulting in new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with wealth partners to support the client experience through consistent execution of client service plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services Relationship Management in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Financial Services Relationship Management in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
- Possess valid Series 7, 63 & 65 or 66 licenses.
