Job Title: Wealth Consultant

At First Citizens Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled Wealth Consultant to join our team. As a Wealth Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, acquiring, and retaining high net worth clients and prospects in holistic wealth management planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new clients to our wealth offerings through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and partnerships with Bank associates.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact and advocate for high net worth prospects and clients, maintaining current knowledge and awareness of client circumstances to develop appropriate wealth plans.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide prospects and clients with expert wealth management advice, developing strategic, comprehensive, and long-range plans to achieve their financial needs and goals.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with Bank stakeholders to support departmental strategic approach and engage with specialists to coordinate the delivery of wealth management products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in acquiring clients, asset gathering, and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice, or High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the same field.
  • Series 7, 65 or 66 licenses, and State Life & LTC Insurance License Required, Advanced Advisor/Planning Designation Preferred.
