Key Responsibilities:- Work part-time during evenings and weekends to accommodate guest needs.

- Support team members with tasks such as operating the courtesy van and assisting with breakfast and housekeeping duties.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement guest satisfaction initiatives to ensure a memorable stay.
- Greet guests warmly at the front desk and in public areas, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep track of room status and inventory accurately.
Hourly wage of $12.85.
Additional Duties:- Manage guest registrations, including payment processing and financial transactions.
- Prepare shift reports and handle credit card transactions in line with company protocols.
- Assist with guest reservations via phone, following established procedures.
- Respond to inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Handle incoming calls, faxes, and mail efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and front desk area.
- Restock the mini-market as required.
- Assist with filing and tracking work orders.
- Perform minor repairs as needed.
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.
- Document and store lost-and-found items according to hotel policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in the service industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in common Windows-based applications is essential.
