Job Summary:


As a Guest Services Agent with M&R Hotel Management, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve checking guests in and out efficiently, processing daily audits, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Guest Services:
  • Provide prompt and effective assistance to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are warm, welcoming, and respectful.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests in a fair and timely manner.

  • Night Audit:
  • Process daily audits of the hotel's financial data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify transactions, balance cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a secure environment.

  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Block rooms, handle special requests, and monitor room availability.
  • Administer guest payment policies, handle cash transactions, and maintain hotel key security systems.


Requirements:

  • Be able to move luggage or packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and safety standards.
  • Practice excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
