Position Summary:
As a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing licensed A&P Mechanic activities, which include repairs, maintenance, modifications, and troubleshooting of Cessna aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, ensuring proper disassembly, rework, repair, and reassembly of aircraft systems to guarantee readiness for flight.
  • Inspect and rectify complex aircraft assemblies and systems, including landing gear, air conditioning, and pressurization systems.
  • Perform repairs or replacements on critical engine components and accessories, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Execute modification tasks on aircraft systems and structures as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding inspections, repairs, and parts management.
  • Guide and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and providing necessary training.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding project status and aircraft needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A&P License is mandatory; alternative qualifications may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of diverse experience in aircraft maintenance, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and inspection procedures.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge.
