Job Summary

As a Maintenance Operations Supervisor at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sacramento Natomas, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Maintenance Department. Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, and Develop Department Personnel

  • Inspect Guest Rooms and Maintain Hotel Grounds

  • Responsible for Key Control and Lost and Found Items

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Maintenance or Facilities Management
  • Ability to Lift, Push, and Pull a Minimum of 50 Pounds
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
