About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Control Supervisor to join our team at Reach Medical Holdings. As a key member of our aircraft operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance control department and ensuring that all aircraft are airworthy and compliant with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance control activities in accordance with FARs, company policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement maintenance control procedures to ensure efficient and effective aircraft maintenance.
  • Collaborate with hangar and regional maintenance managers to plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the management of deferred maintenance and ensure that all aircraft are airworthy.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance department to ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance signoffs and work order documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a skilled and qualified maintenance control team.
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance control team members.
Requirements
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate required.
  • Previous experience working under CFR Parts 135 and 145 preferred.
  • Highly knowledgeable of Federal Aviation Regulations and EMS aviation practices and requirements.
  • Maintenance experience on Airbus EC135, EC130, AS350, and Beechcraft B200 aircraft preferred.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years aircraft maintenance experience, supervisory and management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
  • Activities requiring moderate amount of sitting, standing, walking, speaking and listening.

  • Close and distance visual capabilities.
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds floor to bench height.
Environmental Conditions
  • Constant exposure to routine office noises, such as office machines, conversations, foot traffic.
  • Some exposure (less than 1/3rd) to loud aircraft noise, moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles, risk of electrical shock.
