Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at CHAT Behavioral Health Services. This is a full-time position that requires a current active Virginia license as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist.

About the Role:

You will provide mental health therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in-person and virtually using a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. You will also maintain accurate electronic documentation using an easy-to-use, HIPAA compliant EHR system and collaborate with administrative staff to support scheduling, billing, and credentialing services.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current active Virginia license as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist
  • Proficient with computer use and electronic documentation

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
