Position Overview
Under the guidance of the IT Supervisor II, the selected candidate will deliver technical support and assistance to personnel regarding various computing devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobile devices, and telecommunications services. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities associated with the support, installation, and upkeep of computer hardware and software throughout their lifecycle within the IT Operations Unit and IT Services Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and troubleshooting for end-user devices.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of computer systems and software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient IT operations.
Working Conditions
Candidates residing outside the State of California may be considered for interviews. However, upon receiving a job offer, proof of California residency will be required for the appointment to take effect.

This position is classified as a Student Assistant, with multiple openings available. The work environment is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work.
