The Marketing Program Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and sales executives to implement campaigns, programs, and events that align with our strategic objectives for pipeline growth and revenue generation.

In this position, you will engage in a variety of dynamic activations across the AWS landscape to maximize impact, execute comprehensive marketing strategies, and apply a data-driven methodology to decision-making.

Collaboration with various teams and agencies will be essential. The ideal candidate will possess a results-oriented mindset and an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to implement unique marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Ensure meticulous execution of events with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the marketing strategy through teamwork and by leveraging shared services and external agencies as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that cater to client needs and guide them through the buying process.
  • Encourage innovative thinking to generate new ideas and creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize existing materials and campaigns, promoting customer engagement in programs led by other departments.
  • Work alongside other marketing teams to provide essential messaging, assets, and campaign deliverables to support marketing initiatives and address customer challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and metrics on activity outcomes, campaign performance, and return on investment. Utilize data for real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities.
  • Share plans and campaign strategies with team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and replicate best practices.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring adherence to internal financial policies and timely vendor payments.
  • Oversee relationships with marketing agencies and vendors, including contract management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing customer research and metrics to support assumptions, generate forecasts, and evaluate marketing program effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with systems and tools for email, web analytics, and CRM (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting.
