  • Identify opportunities to utilize existing materials, campaigns, and resources, fostering customer engagement in programs initiated by other teams.
  • Work alongside other marketing teams to provide essential messaging, assets, and campaign deliverables to support marketing initiatives and address customer challenges.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and metrics on activity outcomes, campaign success, and return on investment. Utilize data for real-time adjustments and to proactively identify trends and opportunities.
  • Share plans and campaign strategies with team members to promote best practices and facilitate collaboration.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring adherence to internal financial policies and timely vendor payments.
  • Oversee relationships with marketing agencies and vendors, including contract management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing customer research, data, and metrics to support assumptions, generate forecasts, and evaluate marketing program effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with systems and tools for email, web, analytics, and CRM (such as Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation.
