Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high performance and productivity
  • Assist in hiring, training, and development of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure the business operates within budget
  • Ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Urban Air's operating standards and philosophies
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, preferably in a theme park, family entertainment center, hotel, resort, casino, or restaurant. They will have a proven track record of supervisory or management experience and be able to pass a thorough background check. The candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and inspire a team, and have a positive attitude. They will be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Additional Requirements

The physical demands of this role include working in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds. The candidate will also need to have regular and predictable attendance.
