Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Legends at Berry, a 241-unit apartment community in St. Paul, MN. The successful candidate will support the Community Manager in maintaining stable occupancy, meeting budgeted financial goals, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
