Role Responsibilities

In this managerial position, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing daily operations and staffing within the department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and care quality.
  • Monitoring clinical practices to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Facilitating efficient patient admissions and discharges to optimize care delivery.
  • Leading interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
  • Reviewing patient feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Providing leadership to cultivate a positive patient experience and uphold organizational standards.
  • Identifying training needs and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications Required

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • PALS certification within 60 months of hire.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
