Job Overview

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs. LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking skilled professionals to support our clients in fulfilling their hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the administration of employee benefits plans
- Facilitating orientation sessions for new hires regarding benefits
- Assisting employees during the Open Enrollment period
- Maintaining and updating employee benefits data in the system
- Managing enrollments, modifications, and terminations of benefit plans
- Collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions
- Addressing employee inquiries related to benefits
- Conducting audits and resolving discrepancies in benefits
- Performing additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a benefits-focused role
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven customer service skills
- Familiarity with HRIS software
- An Associate's Degree or higher in a related discipline is preferred
- Understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, FLSA, and COBRA regulations

Compensation Package:
- Hourly wage ranging from $26.00 to $31.00
- Comprehensive benefits offered by LHH include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees can select coverage that aligns with their personal needs. Eligible paid leave may encompass Paid Sick Leave as mandated by law, along with other paid leave provisions required by Federal, State, or local regulations, as well as holiday pay.
