We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Administrator to play a vital role in our organization. If you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and have a desire to contribute positively to the community, this position may be for you.

About Us

The Fire and Police Pension Association (FPPA) is a well-established organization that has been serving the needs of public employees since the 1980s. Our leadership is committed to our mission, vision, and values, guiding us to meet our strategic goals. We oversee a statewide retirement system that offers defined benefit plans and additional coverage for police officers and firefighters across Colorado.

With a close-knit team of approximately 70 staff members based in Denver, we pride ourselves on fostering a work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional commitments.

Position Overview

This role involves initiating communication, addressing requests, and providing comprehensive information and education regarding FPPA services, programs, and benefits.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in customer service, benefits administration, pension plan management, or a related field. We value teamwork and seek individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving capabilities.

Application Process

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their cover letter and resume to the Human Resources department.
