Front Office Coordinator

Vertex Global Solutions is in search of a meticulous and personable individual to fulfill the role of Front Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to their responsibilities.
As the initial point of contact for our organization, you will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our staff, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-line telephone system efficiently.
- Coordinate and maintain active calendars.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Ensure proper organization of files in accordance with office protocols.
- Compile and input client account information and tasks into the CRM system.
- Address and resolve client service inquiries.
- Oversee the management of conference rooms.
- Provide accurate and efficient assistance to clients.
- Act as a quality control point to ensure compliance with all paperwork, policies, and procedures.
- Support various ad hoc projects as required.
