Role Overview:

The Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer case management services to assist clients in achieving self-sufficiency through employment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs.
  • Facilitate access to training, educational resources, and employment services.
  • Interview clients to gather essential information regarding their training requirements, educational history, work experience, skills, and interests.
  • Provide career counseling and job search assistance to participants.
  • Review client resumes and skills to ensure they are prepared for job opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with local employers and program participants.
  • Identify suitable employment opportunities for participants, considering their skills and any barriers they may face.
  • Clarify the hiring processes of employers, including application procedures and interview protocols.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition between candidates and employers during the hiring process.
  • Coordinate referrals to additional workforce activities and support services.
  • Oversee career readiness initiatives, including resume creation and interview preparation.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with outreach participants and employers.
  • Regularly enter case-related data and analyze information to assist in report preparation.
  • Monitor performance metrics against established goals on a weekly basis.
  • Lead the development and implementation of solutions to various challenges.
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Three to four years of experience in human services, social services, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry functions and effective interviewing techniques.
  • Familiarity with the communities served and an understanding of local needs and resources.
  • This position requires travel; a valid driver's license and active automobile insurance are necessary.
