Sanitation Specialist

We are in search of a dedicated Sanitation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dependable and skilled individual who recognizes the critical role that cleanliness plays in our establishment.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication abilities, be adept at prioritizing tasks, and demonstrate both proactive and reactive problem-solving skills. We strive to maintain a tidy and organized environment, and we expect our future Sanitation Specialist to take full ownership of this responsibility.
Responsibilities of a Sanitation Specialist:- Cleaning floors within the building (including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sweeping)
- Collecting and disposing of indoor and outdoor waste
- Cleaning, servicing, and restocking restrooms
- Washing windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Participating in building security and safety measures (such as checking and securing doors, inspecting electrical appliances)
- Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed
- Reporting maintenance and repair needs to management
- Maintaining tools and equipment necessary for sanitation duties
- Requesting supplies for sanitation tasks
- Organizing and implementing pest control measures
- Proven experience in a sanitation or cleaning role
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and procedures
- Ability to respond swiftly and effectively
- Strong communication and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and supplies
- Willingness to start work as early as 6 AM.
