Relationship Business Partner

As a Relationship Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for dealer customer service escalations, providing high-touch concierge service, and developing a deep understanding of our products and programs. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding dealer sales items, such as dealer agreements, cancellations, title issues, and receivables. Additionally, you will engage with our dealer customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and messaging.
