This role involves supporting the Client Program Manager in various facets of a Managed Services program, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, overseeing clinical and ancillary staffing operations, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring both client and employee contentment.
The Associate Program Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with contractual obligations. This position is based in a corporate environment and is integral to delivering HR-related services for a healthcare client.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Program Manager to build and sustain effective relationships with relevant client stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through collaboration with the program management team and central resources.
- Prepare and present assigned client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), attending meetings as preferred by the client.
- Provide insights on compensation based on current market trends.
- Collaborate with the program management team to proactively identify and address challenges.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the contingent workforce and partner with Human Resources to resolve any issues.
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Oversee the onboarding and orientation processes for the workforce, including contingent and supplier personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate time capture processes are adhered to by suppliers and the contingent workforce.
- Effectively manage assignment, rotation, and backup schedules to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with contracts.
- Conduct regular client visits to foster engagement and address any concerns.
- Encourage professional communication with staff at all organizational levels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is required.
- At least five years of experience in healthcare administration, program management, workforce solutions, or related business experience.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, set objectives, and develop actionable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building strong professional relationships.
- Demonstrated business development, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate physical agility, including bending, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
- Capable of reaching to retrieve documents and carrying materials up to 20 pounds.
- Local travel is expected, approximately 40-60% of the time.
