Job Title: Director, Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Program to join our team at Western Digital Capital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and coach the DT&O teams to effectively develop, manage, and measure program plans and performance.
  • Measure and report on key project milestones to ensure deliverable commitments are met and risks mitigated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive program and process improvements.
  • Lead the change management and implementation process to enhance financial & business performance.
  • Support VP on key strategic deliverables and operational initiatives to drive results.
  • Coach and mentor others to elevate program and data management skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or supply chain with demonstrated program management skills and financial acumen, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience creating and enforcing policies for effective and measurable results.
  • Experience in Data Management and Data Governance.

Compensation:

An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.

The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
