Job Summary:

GEICO is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive business-critical strategic programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. This role will enable optimal cloud capacity for all application teams to run enterprise-wide products. Our workloads are spread between On-prem, Azure, and AWS, offering exciting opportunities to solve complex problems in a Hybrid-cloud model. As a Senior TPM, you will create a significant impact on our customers' experience and Geico's technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will:
  • Partner with key stakeholders from Capacity Planning, IaaS, PaaS, Performance & Reliability, and others to understand program requirements, ensure alignment, and influence teams to deliver against project plans.
  • Develop and monitor detailed end-to-end cloud infrastructure project plans across datacenter operations, supply chain logistics, planning, tooling, and contracts management.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on private/public cloud computing or hyperscale datacenter infrastructure providers. They should have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (ADO), and best practices is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent education or work experience is necessary.
