About the Role: As a Customer Service Leader at Food Lion, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through excellent interactions. With a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our Front End team to ensure seamless transactions and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

About You: We are looking for an experienced leader who can motivate and inspire our team members to deliver outstanding results. You will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to your leadership skills, you will also possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include leading our Front End team to achieve sales and customer service targets, managing cash handling and security procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the front end area is maintained to a high standard.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. Additionally, you must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, which include standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
